JSC “Granex” is implementing the project “Promotion of the development of non-technological innovations of JSC “Granex” by financing investments in design, process/organizational innovations, increasing the company’s integration into international value chains” No. 02-040-K-0075 from 2024. May 2 to 2026. co-financed under the 2022–2030 Development Programme Manager of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, Economic Transformation and Competitiveness Development Programme Progress Measure No. 05 001-01-05-07 “Create a consistent system for promoting innovative activities” activity “Promote the development of non-technological innovations (central and western Lithuanian region).
The main objective of the project is to create and introduce new product designs to the market and introduce process/organizational innovations, thus increasing the company’s involvement in international value chains.
When implementing the project aims to:
- Increase production efficiency and promote innovation;
- Ensure long-term maintenance of the quality and innovativeness of its products;
- Become an even more sustainable organization;
- Effectively adapt to the rapidly changing environment and innovation trends;
- Strengthen competitive position in the international market.
Project implementation period: 2024.05.02 – 2026.11.20
PROJECT BUDGET: EUR 261,068.11.
EU FUNDING: EUR 129,346.11.

Title: Development of Export Opportunities
JSC "GRANEX" exports its food products to more than 16 countries around the world. The company aims to increase exports, for this purpose an export development project has been prepared, for which partial financing has been allocated from the EU Regional Development Fund. The goal of the project is to increase export revenues by expanding existing export markets and searching for new ones. The project plans to implement a new company website, participate in five international exhibitions in purposefully selected markets. In order to confirm the quality of the products, some of the products will be certified.
